National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) is offering its personal credit cards customers a payment holiday to give them a payment break, amidst the ever tightening credit crunch and the challenging economic times.
As a part of its initiative for credit customers, the Bank is offering a reward to all customers who manage their credit cards responsibly. Audrey Tugwell Henry, Senior General Manager, Retail Banking describes the promotion as the Bank’s way of “Rewarding customers who have consistently paid well and paid on time, are within their approved credit limit, do not have an overdue balance or have not had any delinquency status for a designated period of time.” The payment holiday allows customers to skip a monthly payment without incurring late payment fees.
Customers who receive their credit card statement with a minimum balance of $0.00 have the option to capitalize on the opportunity and enjoy the benefits of having one less bill to pay. NCB constantly offers value to their customers and have provided an opportunity to use their extra cash to honour other bills.
