We are monitoring the latest updates from the World Health Organizational (WHO), Ministry of Health and other local and international health authorities about COVID-19.  The safety our all our customers and team members remains our top priority.  We are taking every step to continue to provide the service you deserve, while safeguarding your well-being and safety.  In this regard, steps have been to strengthen our sanitization programme and all locations will be equipped with all-day janitorial staff. 
 
We encourage you to use our digital solutions for self-service banking. These include:

  • Online Banking – View accounts, make payments, transfer funds, investments and more
  •  Mobile App
  • Bank on the Go Full Service ABMs 
  • GoIPO

If you currently do not have access to the NCB mobile app, you may download it along with the RSA token app and complete registration via the mobile app.  If you need further assistance, please call our 24/7 customer care centre at 888-NCB-FIRST (622-3477)
 
Be reminded that if we reach out to you, we won’t ask for confidential information such as your username, password or personal identification number (PIN).
