Notice - ABM Upgrade Exercise continues

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd. (NCB) wishes to remind its customers and public that we are continuing a necessary exercise to upgrade or replace our ABMs across the country. This is to facilitate implementation of new Data Security Standards, which are designed to make your transactions safer. These upgrades commenced on October 21, 2014 and are scheduled for completion by August 31, 2015. To-date, the following has been achieved: Upgrading exercise was completed on one-hundred and thirty-four (134) ABMs across the island and Thirty-two (32) ABMs have been replaced The next phase of this exercise will focus primarily on our Drive-Thru ABMs commencing with the Atrium Drive-Thru at Garelli Drive. Upgrading activities will commence on Sunday, July 26 and service will be restored by August 10. During this period, customers may visit the following locations for the nearest ABM service: NCB Atrium Building 1-7 Knutsford Blvd, New Kgn Guardian Life, Trafalgar Rd We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and wish to thank you for your understanding throughout this period and will continue to provide timely advisories regarding the affected ABMs. Advisories will include details relating to the nearest NCB ABM alternatives via posters at the location, print media, social media, text and email messages.
