Credit cards

The payment holiday for qualified credit card customers has been extended.* (Conditions Apply)
   • Waiver of late payment fees for credit cards will be extended until June 30, 2020.
   • Automatic reduced interest rate on JMD Consumer products by 5% up until September 2020.
   • Automatic reduced minimum payment on Consumer products from 4% to 2% up until September 2020


Payment Holiday for unsecured loans, auto loans and mortgages

Please include your full name, phone number, TRN, loan account number and branch where loan was originated. Due to the significant volume of requests, our turn-around time has been impacted. Please be assured that we are actively processing all requests and will make contact with customer once their request is processed.

Customers may sign up for online banking on the NCB Mobile App available in the Google Play and Apple stores. We continue to encourage customers to minimize their exposure by using our digital and electronic channels, and reducing the need to visit branches. Many of our branch services are available online and through 888-NCB-FIRST. Where cash is absolutely necessary, it is available through our ABMs.
