This can be done physically or remotely by calling 888-NCB-FIRST between the hours of 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

To fast track the process, we encourage customers to prepare the following details: 
•    Loan or Credit Card Number 
•    Outstanding Balance
•    Number of payments missed

Customers may sign up for online banking on the NCB Mobile App available in the Google Play and Apple stores. We continue to encourage customers to minimize their exposure by using our digital and electronic channels, and reducing the need to visit branches. Many of our branch services are available online and through 888-NCB-FIRST. Where cash is absolutely necessary, it is available through our ABMs.
