Our Customer Care Centre will be available between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m, Monday to Sunday.

 We apologize for the extended wait times you may experience when calling our customer care centre, we are receiving higher than usual call volumes      as our support team has been severely impaired by the COVID restrictions.

  • NCB cheques deposited at our intelligent ABMs (iABMs) up to 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the same day. Those deposited thereafter will be processed on the next business day. 
  •  Cheques from other banks deposited at our iABMs be held for four (4) business days.

 New Safety Standards 
 We will observe the following Ministry of Health and Wellness recommendations until further notice:
       • All customers visiting our branches will be required to wear masks
       • We will increase the distance between customers to 6 feet
