In the financial services industry alone, the rapid growth of financial technology (Fintech) companies has signaled impending disruption. Notwithstanding the growth of these players, most recent trends have indicated the need for technology- based partnerships in order to identify, develop and implement value added solutions for growth and transformation.
We want teams to work with us to develop technological solutions that enable one or more entities within the NCB Group of Companies to improve the customers’ experience or derive a new source of revenue.
NCB wants to consistently deliver new solutions that make it simpler and more affordable for our consumers to do their banking. One changing trend that is applicable to every banking institution, no matter where they are in the world, is that customer expectations are changing. They are demanding their products and services faster and cheaper and the option to access without visiting a branch or transacting between 8-5.Learn More
