Regular Save JMD Account (Open Online)

You could be minutes away from your new Regular Save Account without visiting a branch. Before you get started, you will need:

Step 1: Required Documents and Items

Taxpayer Registration Number(TRN)
Proof of Valid Identification
Driver's License (please provide both front and back)
National ID (Elector Registration Identification Card)
Not accepted at this time - Passport, Diplomatic ID, Employer ID, Foreign ID
Contact details for two (2) referees

The referees name, telephone contact number(s) and occupation are needed. You may use any 2 of the following:

NCB Customer (For at least 3 years or more)
NCB Manager
Minister of Religion
Justice of the Peace
Employer
Another Bank’s Manager
Proof of Address
Utility Bill
Envelope with Address or Bill with Address
Proof of Income/Employment

Employed Persons will need one of the following:

Letter from employer not more than six months old
Pay slip not more than six months old
Proof salary being sent to an account for the last three months

Self-employed Persons will need one of the following:

Certificate of Registration bearing the applicants name
Trade License ( where applicable)
Applicants tax return
Current valid work identification
Self-employment/Unemployment Verification form (Download form from ALL forms section under Help & Resources)

Unemployed Persons will need:

Minimum Opening Deposit
J$2,000 NCB Regular Save

Step 2: Apply Online

Create a profile OR Log into your online profile
Upload scanned copies of items listed in 1, 2 and 4 above in the space provided in the website

Step 3: After Submission

Just one more thing to note, after you have submitted your information, you will be required to upload a short video to verify your identity.

Chequing / Foreign Currency Savings / Max Deposit

While we work on getting this process completed online, you can still save time at the branch by completing the form here. It's easy and secure to open a Current (Chequing), Gold Club or Max Deposit Account.

Step 2: Start Online

Step 3: After Submission

  • An NCB Representative will call to set appointment to visit the branch of your choice
  • You are required to take the original or certified documents and minimum opening amount to finalise the opening of your account to the appointment.
