NCB bids adieu to Sheree Martin

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) today announced that Mrs Sheree Martin will demit office effective November 30, 2013. Mrs. Martin, General Manager, Group Customer Experience & Innovation Division, was charged with responsibility for the organisation's service delivery for all customer touch-points, including the NCB Customer Care Centre and the group's electronic channels. In the area of Innovation, she led the strategic direction for the execution of transformational ways to create value for our customers, through new and existing services and channels. Having served the Bank in excess of 21 years, Mrs. Martin formerly headed the group's Marketing & Communications Division where she was responsible for the positioning and promotion of all NCB brands in the marketplace. Her working experience also spans all aspects of Retail Banking and Human Resources at NCB. "Sheree has an extensive knowledge base of the banking industry. She has served NCB commendably and played an integral role in formulating service standards and tenets as well as being involved in key business innovations within our organisation. We wish her success in all her future endeavours." NCB Group Managing Director Patrick Hylton stated in his farewell on behalf of his team. The Bank will shortly announce its plans for the division.
