NCB is now conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey through our independent research partner, Bluedot 2022 Ltd.  This is a Semi-Annual survey in which the Bank gathers feedback on customer service delivery.  No financial information will be requested.


This survey will be executed during the period January 29 – March 22, 2024.

We are advising you not to share confidential personal or bank information with persons requesting these details by telephone or email.

NCB will never request your account number(s), credit card details, passwords, PIN or Secure ID Token Code.
