Kingston, Jamaica – Monday, September 11, 2023: NCB Financial Group Limited ("NCBFG") has announced that following a resolution of its Board of Directors on September 8, 2023, it intends to convene an extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) to consider the additional public offering (APO) of up to 300,000,000 new ordinary shares. Since every APO requires regulatory approval, no further details can be shared at this time.
