IT Maintenance Exercise this Monday, July 18

We wish to advise that scheduled IT maintenance activities will be conducted on our cards authorization platform this Monday, July 18 between 12:30a.m. - 4:00 a.m. During this period, the following transactions may be impacted: NCB card transactions (debit and credit) processed via Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals Non-NCB card transactions at NCB Point-of-Sale terminals Credit card transactions via NCB Internet Banking (Retail and Business), eCommerce and ABMs EXCEPTIONS NCB issued Visa & MasterCard credit cards processed at non-NCB POS terminals will be authorized for transactions up to a maximum of USD$1,000. This is based on a pre-established arrangement (between NCB and Visa/MasterCard) for these instances. Debit card transactions at Automated Banking Machines (ABMs) will not be affected.
