National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) has advanced its plan to radically transform the way it provides banking services, aiming to improve and revolutionize its customer experience and operational efficiency. Customers can enjoy the newly renovated 1 - 7 Knutsford Boulevard branch aptly titled "Bank on the Go" which promises the ultimate customer experience, combining the security, ease and convenience. This is the first in a series of reconfigurations being piloted by NCB. The "Bank on the Go" area was opened to amazed customers on Monday, November 11, 2013. The game changing "Bank on the Go" area, accessible to customers 24 hours daily, is outfitted with: Three (3) Multifunction ABMs facilitate intelligent cash deposits [i.e. without the use of envelopes] and funds are lodged immediately to selected account. Other transactions available on these machines are: bill payments, balance inquiries, funds transfers to own accounts, cash advance, mobile phone top-up.
