National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCBJ) will be conducting an upgrade to its Card Processing Platforms on Sunday, November 1, 2015 between 12 midnight and 4a.m. These enhancements are geared towards minimizing fraud and to enable value added features in the future. Expected Impact during downtime: NCB card transactions (debit and credit) processed via other bank’s machines All card transactions (debit and credit) processed via NCB Point-of-sale (POS), Automated Banking Machine (ABM), Internet, Telebanking and ecommerce Exception to Impact during downtime: NCB issued Visa & MasterCard credit cards processed at non-NCB POS terminals will not be impacted We regret any inconvenience this may cause and wish to assure you that we will continue to deliver superior customer service with convenience, safety and comfort to you our valued partners and our customers.
